Low-Carb Almond Flour Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
    Pour batter into a lined loaf pan.
    Bake for 30–35 minutes until set.
    Cool before slicing.
